  • The acquisition continues Nord-Lock Group’s journey to become a leader in specialty bolting.

  • It builds on the 2025 acquisition of Energy Bolting to create a strengthened platform for global expansion exporting from Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom.

Nord-Lock Group has completed its acquisition of Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd, taking the next step in the journey to become a leader in specialty bolting.

Combined with the purchase of Energy Bolting, this acquisition gives Nord-Lock Group the scale required to support customers globally with an expanded specialty bolting offer, meeting growing demand from highly demanding industries for critical bolting solutions.

By adding specialty bolting to the product portfolio, Nord-Lock Group further strengthens its position as a leading total solution provider for safety and asset-critical bolted joints.

The process of launching a new dedicated specialty bolting business unit within Nord-Lock Group is now underway, leveraging the high technical expertise and outstanding service levels of Energy Bolting and Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Ltd.

Based in the Wolverhampton area, the specialty bolting business unit will focus on delivering non-standard safety-critical fasteners with short lead times, full traceability and the certifications demanded by the most stringent industries, such as power generation, nuclear and defense.
